Communication Between Shareholders and the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Company believes that an important part of good corporate governance is to address the concerns of shareholders. The Company will continue its policy of reviewing all written communications from shareholders and responding to those communications as appropriate.

Matters relating to the Company's financial statements, accounting practices or internal controls should be specifically addressed to the Chairman of the Audit Committee. As a matter of policy, a copy of all other written communications from shareholders will be provided to the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
