Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at 9:00 am at the Company's headquarters, located at 6979 South High Tech Drive, Salt Lake City, UT
This year, in accordance with new U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rules, we are using the Internet as our primary means of furnishing proxy materials to shareholders. Consequently, most shareholders will not receive paper copies of our proxy materials. We will instead send these shareholders a Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials with instructions for accessing the proxy materials, including our proxy statement and annual report, and voting via the Internet. This notice should be distributed on around May 12, 2009. The Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials also provides information on how shareholders may obtain paper copies of our proxy materials if they so choose. We believe this new rule will make the proxy distribution process more efficient and less costly and will help in conserving natural resources.
