At the forefront of emerging SEMI standards development, we are the most trusted source for efficient implementation of the SECS/GEM, GEM300, and Equipment Data Acquisition (EDA), also known as Interface A, standards. Our products are used by over 60 equipment suppliers on virtually every tool type in nearly every 300mm factory worldwide.

We are looking for a sharp customer support engineer to join our Quality Support Team in Salt Lake City, UT. The perfect candidate must have at least 1 year software programming experience with Microsoft Visual C++ and Microsoft Visual C#, a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, excellent troubleshooting skills and great technical writing and verbal communications skills. This position provides a tremendous opportunity for growth as well.
