ECCE™ SEMI EDA Reference Client
The Equipment Client Connection Emulator (ECCE) is a fully functional Equipment Data Acquisition (EDA) client with a very easy to use Graphical User Interface. As an EDA client, ECCE can communicate with web servers that comply to the SEMI Interface A (EDA) standards E125, E132 and E134. ECCE uses Microsoft IIS to implement the required consumer web service for receiving messages from the Interface A web servers. ECCE can run on Windows or Linux.
ECCE was developed Cimetrix under contract to ISMI (International SEMATECH Manufacturing Initiative). Features and requirements were provided by ISMI member companies. ECCE is now available from Cimetrix in binary and source formats to any company involved in supporting the semiconductor industry. To request a copy of ECCE, please go to Requesting ECCE.
