ECCE™ Equipment Client Connection Emulator
Equipment Client Connection Emulator (ECCE) is provided by Cimetrix to emulate SEMI EDA client connection to EDA servers. It can be used for building E134 Data Collection Plans (DCP) and for validating E125 and E132 interfaces. The supported versions of SEMI standards are: E120-V1104, E125-V1105, V132-V0305, and V134-V1105.

- Linux System Requirements
- Additional ECCE Resources
When ECCE is first launched, a Connection window pops up to enter the Interface A web server URLs, the client name and equipment name. Once a session is established successfully, then ECCE optionally performs an automatic query and caches all of the equipment model information. The session window has 7 tabbed windows: DCP Management, Get Parameter Values, E120/E125 Equipment Structure, E132 Security Admin, Performance, Diagnostics and Command History. ECCE is easy enough for a novice to use. It serves as a great utility for learning the concepts and features of the SEMI EDA standards.
Features & Benefits
| Feature | Benefit |
|---|---|
| A simple treeview representation of the E125 Equipment Model | The graphical equipment model makes it easy to review the entire E120 structure and see all of the available data. |
| Point and Click Data Collection Plans | In seconds anyone can create and activate any type of Data Collection Plan even without any knowledge of the SEMI EDA standards. Review and select data in its E125 context. |
| Built-in Performance Metrics | Simple to measure an equipment's SEMI EDA performance. |
| Client Administration | It is very simple setup and monitor the E132 Client Access Control Lists (ACL). |
| All incoming and outgoing XML messages are logged into the GUI and optionally into a file. | Automatically create Interface A message logs to share with customers to prove Interface A functionality. Logs include both ECCE and equipment initiated message scenarios. |
| Diagnostics window to send any Interface A operations | It is easy to perform a thorough SEMI EDA validation that uses all of the required operations. |
