ECCE Open Source Request
Equipment Data Acquisition (EDA), also known as Interface A, has been defined by Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) standards to provide end users access to high-speed quality data from semiconductor equipment.
ISMI has made the ECCE available to its member companies, equipment suppliers and third party solution providers since October, 2005. During SEMICON West 2005, Cimetrix and ISMI announced that the ECCE is available as open source following the open source GNU GPL (GNU General Public License). More information about the open source strategy can be found at GNU.org.
