Cimetrix Appoints Jodi M. Juretich Chief Financial Officer
SALT LAKE CITY, UT - November 25, 2008 - Cimetrix, Incorporated (OTC: CMXX),
a leading provider of factory automation and
tool control software solutions for the global
semiconductor, photovoltaic, and electronics industries, announced today the appointment of Jodi M. Juretich as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
of the Company as of November 15, 2008. Ms. Juretich succeeds Dennis P. Gauger,
who has held the position since May, 2004 as a part-time, independent contractor.
In May 2007, Ms. Juretich joined Cimetrix as Controller, Treasurer and Secretary. The Company’s plan was to promote her to the CFO position after gaining additional experience in public company finance. Ms. Juretich has a strong background of over 10 years in executive accounting management for private high-growth companies as well as 10 years of public accounting experience. She has played key roles in raising venture capital in start-up organizations, building lean and effective accounting teams, and providing support and guidance in strategic business planning and execution.
During her time at Cimetrix, Ms. Juretich has played an active role in implementing and managing the new Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements for the Company as well as preparing all financial reports. As CFO, Ms. Juretich will assume responsibility for overall financial management, contracts, and human resources of Cimetrix and will be a strong strategic contributor in executing the Company’s business plans.

Prior to joining Cimetrix, Ms. Juretich held a number of senior-level and executive finance roles in which she was responsible for venture capital generation, treasury management, cost containment, financial modeling forecasting and analysis, and financial reporting. Ms. Juretich served as Vice President of Finance/Controller of HotStix Golf, LLC and Echopass Corporation. She was the General Manager of Flipdog.com, an on-line job board which was purchased by Monster.com during her tenure. In addition, Ms. Juretich held positions with public accounting firms Coopers & Lybrand and Averett, Warmus, Durkee Bauder & Thompson.
Ms. Juretich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Westminster College. She is currently a member of Institute of Management Accountants.
