The Data Management Solution Center provides services that include yield and manufacturing data management solutions to help semiconductor companies reduce their costs and improve their processes. The Data Management Solution center services also includes integrating Cimetrix SECS/GEM and EDA (Interface A) technology with IDM's Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Equipment Engineering Systems (EES).
