The OEM Solution Center has the technology and experience to provide product training, application assistance, turnkey product solutions and factory automation outsourcing to any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in the semiconductor industry. Cimetrix specializes in any applications that include the SECS/GEM standards, 300mm factory automation and Equipment Data Acquisition (EDA, aka Interface A) standards.
Factory Solutions
The Data Management Solution Center is largely comprised of a company previously known as EFS Solutions that was acquired by Cimetrix in 2005. The core services include yield and manufacturing data management solutions that help semiconductor companies reduce their costs and improve their processes. The Data Management Solution center services also includes integrating Cimetrix SECS/GEM and EDA (Interface A) technology with IDM's Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Equipment Engineering Systems (EES).
